How do enquiries work?

What is included in a package?
All packages include golf and buggies. Hotel packages include transfers for groups of 4 or more golfers. Villa and apartment packages include transfers only where stated in the offer. Accommodation, rounds, board basis and any transfer conditions are shown on each offer.
Can you cater for large groups and societies?
Yes — tell us the size of your group, preferred dates and any requirements. We can help plan trips for friends, societies, couples and corporate groups. Any group offers or free places will be confirmed in your quote.
Which destinations do you cover?
Our core destinations are Portugal (the Algarve, Lisbon and the Silver Coast), Spain (the Costa del Sol and Murcia) and Belek in Turkey. If you have somewhere else in mind, ask the team what can be arranged.
How does the tailor-made process work?
Share your preferred destination, dates, group size and budget. We help you choose your accommodation and golf, then confirm availability, price and inclusions in your quote before you decide whether to book. Transfers depend on the package and group size.
Is my booking protected?
19th Hole Escapes is a Protected Trust Services member, number 6514. The team will confirm the protection and booking terms that apply to your trip before you book.
Should I stay in a villa or a hotel?
Both work well — villas suit groups who want shared space, private pools and self-catering flexibility, while resort hotels offer spas, restaurants and everything on your doorstep. We will recommend the right base for your group and budget.
When is the best time to travel?
