Four air-conditioned bedrooms sleep eight. Two are twin rooms and two have large doubles that split into singles, allowing an all-single-bed setup on request. One bedroom has an en suite on the upper floor; the villa is split-level across both floors.

The garden and terraces include a BBQ and outdoor dining. The private kidney-shaped pool is 8 × 4.7 metres, with step access and a depth of 1–2 metres. Optional heating costs extra and must be arranged at least a week before arrival; the temperature depends on the weather.
